internet traffic : 30 Day Challenge With Ed Dale Launching today

It’s happening again people! The 30 Day has launched!

If you have only just found out about this, on my blog or somewhere else, you will need to get your butt into gear, or the 30 Day Challenge will take off and leave you behind (Don’t let that happen)

There will also be a bunch of you in need of a catch up. I’m sure, but you do have time, so no need to panic just yet.

Another member of the 30 day challenge Mr. Rob Somerville has gone to the trouble of posting a “QUICK CATCH UP GUIDE” so you can quickly work your way through all the preseason activities that ed assigned to all the 30 day challengee’s

If you find yourself behind….it’s ok, it’s important you go through each of the steps otherwise you might miss something very important. Just like I did a year or two ago (I would like to say the mistake costs thousands of dollars but it didn’t LOL )

ANYWAY DON’T PANIC… take your time, go through each step as quickly and thoroughly as you can.

If worst comes to worst you can always catch up over the weekend.
